Sexylink provides hosted link pages. You create a page at a handle you choose, add links to destinations you control, and we display that page to visitors. We do not host, sell, or process payment for the content those links point to.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your login and for everything published on your page. Handles are assigned on a first-come basis and may be reclaimed if an account is inactive or terminated.
Sexylink is a flat monthly subscription. We take no percentage of money you earn through links on your page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You grant us only the permission needed to display it. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you post, including images and text.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, that we are legally required to remove, or that is used to abuse the service or other users.
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for lost income, lost data, or damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site before they take effect.
