Sexylink responds to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement regarding content displayed on pages we host.
Filing a notice
A complete notice should include:
Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
The specific page URL where the material appears.
Your name, address, and contact details.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content as permitted.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly receive valid infringement notices will be terminated.
